Current official FAQ, reviewed 2026-10-19: terrace up to 300 guests (https://tampaterrace.com/frequently-asked-questions/). This is the terrace standard maximum, event format/layout require confirmation. Older source reported 150+ reception / 75 seated; current official FAQ does not corroborate the seated 75, so seated value is withheld. Broader multi-venue campus activation with American Social, Jacksons and Lower Deck may reach 2,500; this is NOT terrace capacity and is excluded from single-venue matching.
About Tampa Terrace
A waterfront terrace on Harbour Island with views toward the marina and downtown Tampa.
Tampa Terrace is a 3,000-square-foot open-air waterfront terrace on Harbour Island, facing the Tampa Convention Center across the water. It offers a setting for receptions, corporate networking and social gatherings. The published main-terrace figures are 150+ guests for a reception and 75 seated; the approved event area, layout and guest count must be confirmed for each booking. Additional indoor rooms and larger event configurations require separate confirmation and are not included automatically. The waterfront boardwalk is not part of the rentable footprint.
