EventVenue.ai is operated by aVenue Event Group. This page explains what we collect when you use discovery, request a venue listing or unlock a scorecard.
What we collect
Venue-owner listing, review and partnership requests store the details you submit. Scorecard unlocking stores your name, unverified email, optional company/role, report reference and report-follow-up consent. Signed, report-scoped cookies reopen your diagnostic. We do not collect planner booking requests or send planner briefs to venues.
How we use it
We use venue-owner requests to respond to the stated interest, and scorecard contacts to follow up about that report. Report consent is not marketing consent or partnership interest. Contacts are private to authorised personnel; we do not sell your information.
Analytics
We measure aggregate site usage (pages viewed, searches run, outbound venue referrals) to improve venue discovery. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your submitted details at any time by emailing events@avenueeventgroup.com.
